Maybe you’re here because things feel overwhelming, and you’re not sure what to do next. Maybe you’re a woman trying to make sense of betrayal, grief, or a relationship that’s left you feeling broken. Or maybe you’re a parent who’s noticed your child struggling—with anxiety, big feelings, or the impact of a divorce—and you just want to help them feel okay again.
Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work with women and children to help them feel seen, supported, and understood. For women, I offer a space where you can talk freely, begin to process what’s happened, and start to heal. For children (ages 4 and up), I create a safe and playful environment where they can learn to manage their emotions, feel more confident, and develop healthy ways to cope.
Starting counseling might feel like a big step, especially if it’s your first time. But it can also be the first step toward real healing, clarity, and hope.

Healing for Women: Rebuilding After Betrayal & Trauma
If you’re a woman navigating the aftermath of betrayal, infidelity, or trauma, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can begin healing. I focus on helping you rebuild self-esteem and emotional well-being by supporting you through processing grief, rebuilding trust, and rediscovering your strength. Through trauma-informed therapy, I will help you find clarity and empowerment on your path to recovery.
Child-Centered Play Therapy: Supporting Kids Through Change
For children ages 4 and up, I provide a safe and playful environment where kids can express big emotions and work through challenges like divorce, bullying, or anxiety. Using Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT) and Child Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), I help children build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and feel understood—even when they don’t have the words to express their feelings.
