A Warm Welcome
Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you're carrying so much beneath the surface. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, a major life transition, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to sort through it alone. My hope is that our work together becomes a place where you can exhale, feel fully seen, and begin reconnecting with the version of yourself that's been there all along.

Why I Do This Work
I've spent more than a decade walking alongside individuals and families through some of life's most meaningful and difficult seasons—as a therapist, social worker, and mental health leader. Throughout my career, I've supported survivors of domestic violence, families involved with child welfare, individuals experiencing homelessness, nonprofit professionals, and now women navigating the profound transition into motherhood.
Again and again, I've witnessed how often women become the caregivers for everyone else while quietly putting themselves last. That realization drew me toward perinatal mental health. I believe mothers deserve more than surviving—they deserve support, healing, and the opportunity to thrive while becoming the next version of themselves.

Who I Work With Best
I enjoy working with women who are ready to move beyond simply getting through each day and begin intentionally creating lives that feel meaningful, authentic, and fulfilling. Whether you're adjusting to motherhood, navigating a major life transition, healing from difficult experiences, managing anxiety, or seeking a stronger sense of purpose and self-worth, we'll work together to cultivate resilience, self-compassion, and lasting growth.

How I Work
My Approach
My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed. I believe every person already possesses resilience, even when life makes it difficult to see. I draw from several evidence-based approaches depending on each client's unique needs.
What a Session Feels Like
Therapy with me is warm, conversational, and collaborative. You'll find a space where there's room for laughter, tears, curiosity, and honesty—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. I believe healing happens through both insight and action, so together we'll explore your experiences, build practical coping strategies, celebrate progress, and gently challenge the beliefs or patterns keeping you stuck. You set the pace. My role is to walk beside you with compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based guidance.

Credentials & Training
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Texas — on the path to LCSW
- Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) — in progress

Areas of Focus
Pregnancy, Postpartum & Perinatal Mental Health
Whether you're preparing for motherhood or adjusting after birth, I provide support for anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, identity changes, birth trauma, and the emotional ups and downs that often accompany this season. Together, we'll create space for healing while helping you reconnect with yourself.
Anxiety & Chronic Overwhelm
Many women spend so much time caring for others that their own nervous systems stay in constant survival mode. We'll work together to better understand your anxiety, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop practical tools that help life feel more manageable.
Life Transitions & Identity
Major life changes—whether becoming a parent, changing careers, ending relationships, or entering a new chapter—can leave us wondering who we are. Therapy provides space to process these shifts while building confidence in the person you're becoming.
Stress, Burnout & Self-Compassion
Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and unrealistic expectations can leave women emotionally depleted. Together, we'll learn how to establish healthier boundaries, quiet the inner critic, and create sustainable ways of caring for yourself without guilt.
Healthy Relationships
Healthy relationships begin with understanding ourselves. Whether you're navigating communication challenges, family dynamics, motherhood partnerships, or simply wanting healthier connections, we'll explore patterns that foster authenticity, resilience, and emotional well-being.

A Final Thought
Life has a way of asking so much of women. We pour into our families, our careers, our relationships, and our communities—and somewhere along the way, it's easy to lose sight of ourselves. Whatever season you're navigating, you deserve a space that belongs entirely to you—a place where you don't have to hold it all together, explain away your feelings, or put yourself last. Taking time for yourself isn't selfish; it's an investment in every part of your life. If you're ready to begin, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
