Life can feel heavy sometimes—especially when you're worried about your child, juggling a million responsibilities, or trying to make sense of your own emotions. If you’ve ever thought, “I just need someone to talk to who gets it,” I want you to know you're in the right place.

I work with teens and women who feel stuck, stressed, or unsure of where to begin. My goal is to make therapy feel safe and simple—even if it’s your very first session. You don’t need to have the perfect words or know exactly what to say. Just come as you are.

Whether I’m helping a teen move through anxiety and self-doubt, or supporting a mom who’s trying to reconnect with herself, I focus on creating a space where you can take a deep breath and be real. No judgment. No pressure. Just someone in your corner who truly cares.

Support for Moms & Women of Color

I’m passionate about holding space for Black women and other women of color who often carry invisible burdens—juggling strength, expectations, and silence. In our sessions, you don’t have to be “strong.” You get to be real. This is a space to explore who you are, how you’re feeling, and where you want to grow—without pressure or judgment.
